I was so happy to have same-day prompt delivery of thank-you flowers. The recipient was pleased and so was I.
I've used Ballard Blossom before and was very happy with the arrangement, which is why I came back to order again, but this was bouquet was nothing like that experience. It was not even close to what I was expecting or to the advertised photo. Pretty disappointed with this purchase unfortunately.

The delivery address was 20 miles from our store, so we worked with a partner florist closer to the address. I've used Ballard Blossom for over 14 years. They are, hands down, the best florists around. The product is always high quality and beautifully arranged. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.
