Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
A glorious display of rich red blooms and evergreens create a stunning holiday floral showpiece. Our designers will gather Northwest grown evergreens in a classic glass vase with gold accent expertly adding red roses, carnations, alstroemeria and lilies.
Picture represents our original design, if a certain bloom is not available or not quality on your delivery date, our designers will select a alternative bloom keeping the style and design of bouquet.
Our local delivery area, from our local flower shop on NW 85th Street in Seattle are: Seattle, Bellevue, Bothell, Brier, Clyde Hill, Edmonds, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Orders outside our local delivery area will be designed and delivered by a florist in that area, substitutions of flowers and vase may occur.
