Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Our European plant dish gardens are a lush collection of green and blooming plants, a great long lasting gift. Plants will vary daily. Dish gardens have always been a favorite of our customers for a get well thought, to send birthday wishes or an expression of sympathy for a funeral or memorial service. Ballard Blossom has been delivering plants, flowers and gifts for over 95 years! Our Seattle area flower and plant delivery will be made from our local flower shop on NW 85th Street in the Ballard/Crown Hill area of Seattle.
Standard will include 2 green plant and 2 blooming plants appropriate sized for a desk or end table.
Deluxe will include 3 green plants and 2 blooming plants medium sized would fit well on dining room table.
Premium is a large garden including a larger green plant with 2 smaller green plants and 3 blooming plants.
Exquisite will have 1 of each size garden, perfect to decorate several rooms, or to brighten up an event.
